Trade fairs are important to generate new business contacts as well as to find out where you stand at and what your competitors are up to. At the IAA 2012 in Hanover, Germany, not only new trucks, cars or GPS systems will be presented, but also software as TimoCom Soft- und Hardware GmbH is going to present its newest production. The trade fair is worldwide one of the biggest and most important ones regarding transport and logistics.
In May 2012, TimoCom has been awarded “Best Brand” for its freight and vehicle exchange TC Truck&Cargo®. Its products and services are exactly what the market wants and needs: innovative and up to date. The software is used by over 80.000 users. It simplifies the daily life of transport companies: less expensive empty runnings, up to 300.000 international freight and vehicle offers daily and utmost security thanks to TimoCom Secure.
TimoCom does not only provide the software to offer freights and space, they also created a tool called the Transport Barometer which reflects the actual freight and vehicle supply and demand. In addition they developed the campaign “Die Transportbotschafter” (The Ambassadors for Transport). The ambassadors search the dialogue between truck drivers and car drivers for a better understanding and more mutual respect on the streets. Furthermore they support school projects as “out of the blind spot” and encourage promotion of the young in the transport industry.
Now at the IAA, the world’s leading trade fair for mobility, transport and logistics, TimoCom is going to present its latest production. “We are going to present something to the transport and logistics industry which makes us European market leader right from the start”, announces TimoCom’s Chief Representative Marcel Frings, “Of course, before the official start of the IAA 2012 we cannot reveal what it is that we have developed. Just so much: there is demand for it in the industry and TimoCom will supply it!”
The product will be presented at the official press conference one day prior to the opening of the IAA and all of us can look forward to it.
